When it comes to making non-maternal breast milk, there are a variety of effective inducing options available to the nursing woman. In May, I asked you to share which method you use most often.
Of the 71 unique votes received, 57.7% of people said suckling and 18.3% use manual stimulation. 7% of the vote went to pumping while 16.9% of voters stated that they use a combination of techniques to achieve lactation.
