Just about a year ago, I added a paid membership option to the site, and when doing so, I wasn’t totally tech savvy. To be really honest, I’ve learned almost as much about IT as I have about re-lactation over the past year! My skills are far from perfected, but I think I’m improving! (I really admire “techie people”…what a cool skill!) Anyway, long story short, when I was setting up the payment button,
the site I made a mistake with my settings, which led to a pesky problem known as auto renewal. I’m personally not a big fan of this; I prefer to decide for myself whether or not I’ll continue to pay for a membership. I fixed this error as soon as I realized what had happened, but some of my earliest subscribers are now experiencing, yes, you guessed it, auto renewal.
If you get charged for this, I’m sorry! If you don’t want to renew your membership, you should find a cancellation link in your email. Just click it, and you’re all set! 🙂
